History of the subsidiary

The German company Colas Rail Deutschland originated from the acquisition of
100% of the shares of the Hasselmann Group, based in Thuringia, which
specializes in railway construction, civil engineering, and track construction.

Presentation

The Hasselmann family group consists of three companies: Hasselmann GmbH
(railway infrastructure), NTG Bau GmbH (track construction), and LGM
Logistikgesellschaft mbH (railway safety). To date, they employ nearly 300 people
and achieved a turnover of 70 million euros in 2021.
These three companies primarily operate on conventional railway lines in the
central German regions, spanning from Hesse to Saxony, and work for the
Deutsche Bahn.

Geschichte der Tochtergesellschaft

Das deutsche Unternehmen Colas Rail Deutschland entstand aus dem Erwerb von 100% der Anteile der Hasselmann-Gruppe mit Sitz in Thüringen, die auf
Bahnbau, Ingenieurbau und Gleisbau spezialisiert ist.

Präsentation

Die Hasselmann Familiengruppe besteht aus drei Unternehmen: Hasselmann
GmbH (Bahninfrastruktur), NTG Bau GmbH (Gleisbau) und LGM
Logistikgesellschaft mbH (Bahnsicherheit). Bis heute beschäftigt sie knapp 300
Mitarbeiter und erzielte 2021 einen Umsatz von 70 Millionen Euro.
Diese drei Unternehmen sind hauptsächlich auf klassischen Eisenbahnstrecken in
den mitteldeutschen Regionen von Hessen bis Sachsen und im Auftrag der
Deutschen Bahn tätig.
