Your induction will take place in several stages. For us, the integration of our employees is a long-term process. That is why it is essential that you benefit from an induction period that will give you the keys to navigating the world of Colas Rail and help you settle in as quickly as possible.
Your integration into Colas Rail is based on:
- An induction session: presentation of the company, Colas Rail's business lines, the Executive Committee, internal policies, training courses and practical tools available to you
- Meetings planned by your manager with your future colleagues and/or service providers
- Visits to worksites to gain a better understanding of our activities
- A presentation of our in-house communication tools so that you can easily find essential information and practical tools
- An induction booklet will be provided to give you all the information you need for your day-to-day work and to help you understand the Group and how it works
