    Designed for young engineering graduates, this selective programme teaches you about Colas Rail's main business lines: tracks and catenaries. This immersive programme will give you quick access to highly responsible jobs at the head office or in a branch office. Working closely with our teams, you will learn all about our corporate culture and our values of caring, sharing and daring.

    How does it work?

    Recruited on an indefinite-term contract, you will join an 18-month programme divided into three 6-month sessions: 
    - 2 sessions in France in one of our branches: energy (catenaries, signals, high voltage power systems, low-voltage communication systems etc.), regional works (rail tracks, etc.) or major projects (underground, trams, etc.). 
    - 1 international session: operating in 23 countries, Colas Rail's international expansion is continuing year-by-year.

    As our international operations are a key strength of our Group, we support our Graduates in their expatriate projects. This opens the door to a varied and exciting career!


    Are you more interested in maintenance than construction?

    Then our Graduate Equipment Programme is for you, with an immersion stage in our workshops or on global engineering assignments.

    Whichever programme you choose, you will have the opportunity to work in complete synergy with our experts, to take on responsibilities quickly, to develop your adaptability, to find out about the diversity of railway professions and to get to know our history.

    You will benefit from:

    Your journey has just begun!

    Start your adventure with an induction at Colas Rail. Common to all new arrivals, this induction will familiarise you with the company and make you aware of its safety and ethics policies. You will then take part in a graduate induction session. This is the perfect opportunity to ask your questions and get your assignments off to a good start. At this event, you will meet your mentor, who will be your key contact throughout your career at Colas Rail. Our HR teams will also be on hand to support you in the best possible way.
