📢 Talent Programme manual

Recruited directly on a permanent contract, you benefit from an immersive 12-month course, consisting of 3 missions of 4 months.

• First step: join a project as a Team Leader, with responsibility for the organization of your team and the proper execution of tasks.
• Second step: work with an experienced Site Manager to boost your skills.
• Third step: develop your skills in team leadership, coordination and reporting of activity as well as customer relations as Site Manager.
