Professional equality index : 2020 results

In company of at least 50 employees, the professional equality index resulting of indicators related to the wage gaps between women and men has to be published. This index, calculated on 100 points, is based on 4 to 5 indicators depending on the company’s size.

Following this calculation, as of the first March of 2020, concerning the year 2019, the results obtained by Colas Rail regarding these indicators is 81/100 points, up from last year.
