In the companies of at least fifty employees, the professional equality index resulting of indicators related to the payment gaps between women and men has to be published.

Following this calculation, as of the first March of 2019, concerning the year 2018, the results obtained by Colas Rail regarding these indicators targeted by the D.1142-2 article of the labor code is: 80 / 100 points.
