This International Graduate Programme allows you to quickly reach positions of high responsibility, in head office or agency functions. 📢 International Graduate Programme manual

Recruited on permanent contract upon arrival in the programme, you enter an 18-month immersive journey, made up of 3 stages of 4 to 6 months. This program prepares you in the best conditions for the functions of Works Engineer or Project Manager to quickly occupy positions of high responsibility.

• Stage #1: Track project in France
• Stage #2: Overheadline project in France
• Stage #3: Final step on one of our international sites

Your journey has just begun! Start the adventure with the Colas Rail integration.

Common to each newcomer, this integration will introduce you the company and in particular, its safety policy.
Then, you take part in an integration dedicated to Graduates. The perfect opportunity to ask your questions and calmly start your missions. On this occasion, you will meet the sponsor of your promotion, your privileged contact throughout your journey within Colas Rail. Our HR teams will remain available may you need any help.

During your programme, you will benefit of:

• An evaluation made by the sponsor of your promotion at each step of the Programme
• Early identification of your different stages to ensure a smooth transition
• Support in your post-Graduate assignment to meet both your desires and the needs of the company

After your Graduate Programme, the adventure continues!

⏩ You will directly enter our training course for Works Managers course, which will provide you with continuous training for two more years.

• Only 10 places per promotion!
• Total mobility both in France and abroad is required for this position as well as fluency in English.
